Yes. They are shiny on the inside. The inner color of our mini silicone oven mitt is the same as the outer color.

2. Can you use these to pull something out of an oven?

A: Yes, they are great. Not as cumbersome as regular oven mits. You just have to be careful you don't burn your arm which I have done twice. 

3. Are those Dishwasher Safe?

A: I have put mine in the dishwasher, top rack only and have had no problems

4. Are these good to grab dishes that don't have handles from the microwave?

A: Yes, they have a good grip

5. How durable is this? Will it stay good for 1 year?

A: Extremely durable! Have had mine for about 2 years now. Gave them as gifts to 3 people and they each love them. These are amazing! I would never go back to using pot holders again...one exception....large, heavy pans that don’t have a good edge to grip, like foil for baking a turkey or roast. You always want to have a larger mitt to hold under the bottom.
